			Murat Agirnasli, President CEO Murat Agirnasli has more than 30 years experience in structuring complex transactions, forming investment syndications and limited partnerships, and creating financing models for business ventures. Mr. Agirnasli is also the president of Apparel Trading International, Inc., a company dealing in excess inventory liquidations and an off-price wholesaler. He has served as a board member and the president of Turkish American Business Forum (TABF) an elite networking platform and a support organization of businesses and professionals. He is a founding member of and currently serves as a member of the board and the co-chair of Turkish Philanthropic Funds (TPF). He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Bosphorus University, and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Richmond.

			Erman Agirnasli, VP Development and Acquisitions Erman’s primary responsibilities are the sourcing, acquisition, and underwriting of new real estate assets for either development, repositioning, or investment. Erman joined Agime Group LLC in May of 2011. He is on the Board of Directors of the Turkish American Business Forum, and on the junior board of Turkish Philanthropy Funds. He holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in history from Vassar College. He is Fluent in English, Turkish, and Spanish.


			Ender Agirnasli, Chief Financial Officer Ender Agirnasli is a graduate of Bosphorus University in Business Administration. She has also received her Master’s degree from University of Richmond. She has worked as the chief financial officer of Apparel Trading International Inc., an importer and a wholesale trading company, for 30 years. Mrs. Agirnasli served as a senior executive and CFO of Agime Group LLC since its inception. She has extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing and structuring complex deal structures and financial models.
			Oguz Orkan, Sr VP Operations and Information Technology Mr Orkan has over 25 years experience in operations, logistics, and communications. He works closely with technical support in overseeing systems and IT solutions assisting in development of custom software design for the Group’s various ventures. Mr. Orkan works closely with the CFO creating custom Joint Venture models accounting systems for various projects.

			Harlan M. Lazarus, Esq. Member and President of Lazarus and Lazarus, P.C., Advisory Board Harlan M. Lazarus, Esq. has practiced business and commercial law in New York since 1980. Lazarus and Lazarus, P.C. and Mr. Lazarus’ practice includes all manners of transactional representations, including business entity governance, and the purchase, sale and disposition of a diverse variety of business interests and assets, including real property. Mr. Lazarus has represented litigants in New York and New Jersey State Courts, as well as Federal Court throughout the U.S. He and his firm have a particular expertise representing Debtors and Creditors in the Bankruptcy Courts. Mr. Lazarus is a past president of several credit organizations. He is a member in good standing and admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, as well as New York’s Federal Courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

			Richard P. Moskwiak, CPA, Advisory Board Mr. Moskwiak is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the NYS Society of CPA’s. He has extensive combined experience in both the public accounting and tax areas. He is, currently, a principal for a large regional accounting firm and is involved with tax filings and tax planning while working on all types of multi-state business and high net worth individual accounts. He has also been very successful in handling tax examinations by all levels of the government. Industry specializations include manufacturing, construction, real estate, retail and wholesale distributors. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Herbert H. Lehman College.

Erden M. Arkan, Esq. Architect, Advisory Board

Mr. Arkan is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University with an Architectural Engineering degree. He has over forty years of experience in multi disiplined heavy construction and building development projects throughout the world. Mr. Arkan is a principal and partner of KSK Construction Group, a company that specializes in general contracting, value engineering and construction management. Throughout his extensive development and construction experience Mr. Arkan has overseen numerous construction projects ranging from large scale infrastructure to luxury high rise residential buildings. Mr Arkan is a seasoned real estate professional utilizing both his expertise in the technical aspect of construction and in the business of real estate development projects.

Tahir Demircioglu AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Advisory Board

Tahir Demircioglu is the founder and principal of builtd. He is a licensed architect in both the USA and Turkey, and a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA).

He was a senior associate and director of design at Costas Kondylis & Partners LLP in New York where he worked from 2000 until 2009. He was involved in design and construction of more than 40 residential towers in the city and abroad. From 2009 to 2012, he led the design efforts of John Fotiadis Architect PLLC as the design director of the firm.

Tahir has extensive experience in coordinating complex, large-scale, multi-use projects, which require an intensive analytical approach and a creative conceptualization process. He is well versed in the conditions of global real estate development and his multicultural background serves as an invaluable tool in his ability to adapt a project to international market conditions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Middle East Technical University in Turkey, and a master’s degree in architecture from Texas Tech University.
